Our Freebournes Road Witham project consisted of the full refurbishment of 2 industrial units.
We were tasked with replacing the original cladding with 11,500m2 of new Joriside composite cladding including a mixture of trapezoidal and architectural wall panels. This was split over 2 units built simultaneously to meet a demanding programme of works.
Other works completed on this project was
1,000m2 of new Protan mechanically fixed single ply roof covering including new insulation board to achieve current building regulations.
New fabricated steelwork including new purlins and cladding rails.
